Users with no admin rights are able to see all the user list in Search Filters->Owner tab

Hi All,

If i am associate with only one project in jira. when i go to Manage Filters->Search Filters->Owner. In this owner tab i can see all the users in jira those who are not associated with my project.

Kindly suggest.

The Owner field is not related to project level and it is global field.

so dont think we can restrict the display the users of specific project.
