Users who create Issues are not able view the all icons(buttons) related to the issue

Varun Mehta September 6, 2018

Users who create Issues in JIRA under their project are not able view the icons(buttons).

The same user was getting the Ideas icon till couple of weeks back.

When she tries to create a new issue for the same project, the new issue does not show the ideas button.

Attached a document explaining the same, please help out with possible reasons on this.

The issue IDEA-702 has the required icons available while the IDEA 703 does not have the same icons available.

Both the issues were created by the same user under the same project. Also, when she tried to create another issue, she got an error which we have shown in the subsequent snaps.

Thanks.

Hi, yes of course, as an admin go to your project>project settings>permission and edit your scheme permission.

You can read this documentation.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-project-permission-schemes-868982875.html

Let me know if its ok.
