Hello Atlassian Support,
I am currently unable to log in to my Bitbucket account because I am not receiving any email confirmations or verification codes.
Details:
- Username: kahinaaraour
- Issue: No verification email or one-time code received during login
- Impact: I am completely blocked from accessing my account I have already checked the following: - Spam and junk folders - Email filters or rules - Correct email address associated with my account Unfortunately, I still do not receive any emails from Atlassian.
Could you please check if my email address is on a suppression or block list and help me restore access? Additionally, is it possible to reset or recover my account so I can regain access? Thank you for your support.
