When user forgot password and trying to send a recovery link he/she is niot get a recovery link in his mailbox either in junk/inbox.
How to fixed this issue. Please help
We're noticing multiple posts on the community about mails not being recieved. I personally noticed it that my OTP mails are not coming it.
It might be a general issue but nothing is showing up (yet) on https://status.atlassian.com
Might be best to raise it as a support case at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Do you have a SSO that handles the login or do you login directly to Atlassian?
