Users are not able to login in to JIRA cloud even after providing correct email id and password

Users are not able to login in to JIRA cloud even after providing correct email id and password.

USer is admin for one of the jira cloud site they are on standard paid subscription.

fews users from same ord cant login.

When he/she does one login they face attached screen shopt error message.

are you using any SSO / Atlassian Access to authenticate with your Jira ?
