Hi,
I am the admin of our Atlassian org. I saw a managed user whose name was changed few months ago. And so now she has 2 different accounts with same domain. One account has access to Jira, and the other account has access to Trello and Bitbucket.
How should I proceed now? Need your guidance. I can change the email id of one of the accounts. But not sure of the after affect.
