User picker field is not displayed completely

I have a problem with my user picker field, I have the title of the field but I can't enter any value:

Hello @Camille Lecerf 

It seems like you have user filtering on this field, and this user does not match condition.

Check Custom fields -> your field -> configure -> Edit user Filtering
