User not there in users list

Hi Team,

We have  migration jira data to jira data centre, explample A jira to B jira, so users login A jira and b Jira , once users not login B jira  it showing user name , password error, so I checked use mangement user list user not showing list, how to resolve this error.

Hi @amar amarendra ,

I would suggest you export the list of users from Jira A, and them re-import them or create those users in Jira B using api, or manually performing the user invites.

From the the description you've mentioned it seems that the data was transferred but the users weren't.
