User not receiving any mail notification from jira. Does anyone know how to solve this

Just a heads up, I removed the email from your post to comply with our privacy policy.
This email is not in any of our suppression lists. Please note that there is no Atlassian account with that email either and we have not sent any email to that email address during the last 30 days. If you're using Jira Cloud, please double-check the email of the user.
If you're using Jira Server, then the email being on Atlassian's suppression list is not a relevant issue, as the emails are not sent by our mail servers in this case.
