Webhook needed to trigger Jira WEB automation to send a MS TEAM's message to the WEB scrum team when the Label of "AT RISK" is added to a WEB active sprint effort.

Try to install MS Team for JIRA plugin and JIRA connector in MS Teams.
If you want to get only notification from JIRA. Then generate incoming webhook in MS Teams and add that webhook in JIRA or in JIRA Project Automation get notifcation on MS Teams.
