We have migrated our main IT Domain Controller from Linux Samba3 to Domain Controller Windows Srv 2016. Now our users who are using Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket are still connecting with older Linux Samba3 Domain Controller users (which is still active only for Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket). Can someone help us migrate Linux Samba 3 Domain users to Windows Srv 2016 Domain by linking their old accounts (DC Linux Samba3 accounts ) with new accounts (Win. Srv. 2016 acc.) in order to preserve their access and all rights in Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket?

Thank you in advance!

How were you exposing your accounts to the Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence user directory systems?
