User migration between LDAPs directories

Hello Techies, 

I've scenario where in my current org. we will be switching ActiveDirectory servers.

There will be a  Different Forest/domain name for all the users migrated to new AD. 

Was wondering what are the possible waays I can migrate users within Jira/Confluence to match the ActiveDirectory move. 

We can't go for adding two directories as it will consume double license count, while userbase would actually be half. 

What possible solutions can we go for.
