Hi Team,

How to find out the administrator details who has created a jira software user.

Under System>>audig log i have found only date & time when new user created, But not found the admin ID who has created a Jira user.

You will need to ask your admins.  Whom created who is not recorded by Jira.

If you want to know who created a user, you are going to need to ask your administrators, the people who can create users.

We have given administrator rights to 04 no's users.

you mean to say, i have to ask each admin user, who has created a new user.

i should be shown in audit log, which mode user has been created. admin name also should be visible there in logs. then what is the use of logs 'nothing'

if we are talking about proper user management this detail should be capture along with logs.

I'm afraid nothing you have here really changes the information we can give you.  If you want to know who created a user, you are going to need to ask your administrators.

Correct.  I do not understand what you are saying.  Could you explain "04 no's Jira admin users"? What's an 04 for a start?
