User management and Billing is not accessible. Following is the URL for user management and the page goes blank everytime and same is the case with Billing.

https://freighttiger.atlassian.net/admin/users?referrerName=JIRA&referrerUrl=%2Fsecure%2FDashboard.jspa

As an admin need to add and remove users from JIRA and any help will be much appreciated.
