User email addresses are not appearing on tickets that are from non google accounts

In Jira Service Desk we are not seeing user email addresses that come in that are from non google accounts, is there a place in the Jira logs or configuration that we can look to see if these addresses are being parsed once they hit the server from our mx servers. We are also using hmail service to receive the email.
