We check email server and everything seams OK

Welcome to the community @Duško Popadić !

To resolve this issue, go to the System > Unblock user invites - this feature should be available to you and also see if that email address is having a bounce. If this is the case, you can click on the Resend invite option. Let me know if this helps you.
