User do not exist

Hi, 

All of our customers are trying to log in to their account but it only says "User does not have access to xxxx.atlassian.net. I tried to look at the users profile but I get the same messege, as you can see in the picture below. Skärmavbild 2021-09-01 kl. 08.48.12.png

I have tried to add them again, but same problem appear.

What do I do?

First question this is JSW you are talking about and not JSM correct? I only question it because you mentioned customers.

Assuming that it is JSW can you please go to the administration section under user management and check and see what the status of these users are. Feel free to share a screenshot so that I might be able to assist further.
