User did not find create option under Plan menu in jira.

If you are referring to advanced roadmaps, then you add specific groups on your settings:

So you have to:

• Click plans > Administration
• Click add and choose group

Plan menu is not something, which is in Jira visible by default. So, please, do you know, which application do you use for planning? If no, can please at least share some screenshots to be able to identify the application? Thank you.
