User cant sign in from Teams, error: 1RUN45I

My users can't sign in from Teams when they wanted to create an issue. The error code provided is: 1run45i

I also got this error when trying to add it to a team channel: NYDTC6

Upon review Stefan found that some users could encounter problems here due to the way the Microsoft account could permit aliases of accounts.  In this case, having those users login to Jira Cloud without using the Microsoft account option was one way to work past this problem.
