User cannot add attachment in tickets of team managed project

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

In a team managed project some users cannot add attachments. It seems that will load but after a few seconds a message appears below the attachment which says " Failed to upload".

I have checked the role permissions, I have changed user to another role, but the issue persists. Furthermore, I have checked the browser that is used and deleted the caches too but still the same issue.

Do you have any ideas why this issue occurs?

Hi,

Could you please check if the users have the Members role instead of the Viewers role?

Additionally, it might be worth verifying if there’s an attachment size limit in place in your Jira.

The users can also try refreshing or re-logging into Jira and ensure that no browser extensions are active that might interfere with the upload process.
