User and Roles not showing Correct number of roles assigned to a user

Hi Guys,

Need your help, in one project..As you can see in screenshot User is added to 5 project roles,but showing only 2 . If you search that on search bar, then it shows five roles. Kindly suggest. User not added to any groups nor any groups added to this project.

This problem only happens to me when setting up an inactive user. Or, the user who is added to the project has the license to access Jira removed.

Hi @Pavel Junek  User is active in JIRA and added to jira-users group. Not sure why roles are not showing correctly. Any suggestion

Oh, that's weird. You can still try to clear Jira internal cache and restart Jira - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-27314

Oh, so I'm sorry it didn't help.

You may want to try removing the user and adding them to the project again. Maybe this is a specific problem - if you have paid Atlassian Support, I would ask them a question.

@Pavel Junek  I have tried to remove user and add back to project roles, but no luck. Still same issue.
