Hi

I have added a user to my project via project settings>people but they cannot see it even they they are in my team and can see other projects that I also have access to.

When clicking on the link to the project they are told 'board not found' and that they are trying to access does not exist or that they do not have permission to view it.

Is there anywhere else I would need to add this user so they can see my board?

Thanks in advance

Steve

You need to check the project permission scheme, if there is any configuration that prevent users from a group (or if the group is not related there), if there is a role in Browse project permissions, if so, the correct would be add the person in the group.

In short: you neet to review the Permission Scheme for this project. There is no other way to add people to a project, you did the right thing, but the permission scheme is preventing the user to browse this project.

Hi Patricia, I can see that the user hasnt been added to the correct group shown in the permission scheme so will need to get that sorted with the Admins, many thanks for your helpful and prompt response.
