User access

Hello, 

i am trying to figure out the user access.

i am on a free plan, which include up to 10 user.

which 3 of them are admin.

but why am I billed a standard plan, as I only have 7 user... ?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The billing is not based only on the number of users you have, it is also based on the Plan you are on. By default when you sign up for a new instance it gives you 30 days of free usage of the standard plan. You can always the plan you are subscribed to by going to admin.atlassian.com > Billing
