User Switcher for Jira Jira v8.20.13

I typing XX, but user switch don't work, since this morning. What shoul i fo?

Hi @Isabel Fonseca ,

1. Check if you are removed from the role which was granted to you.
2. Check if the license of the plugin is expired or plugin was upgraded.  Old versions were free and now it is paid. 
3. Check if the user switcher plugin is compatible with your Jira version. 

All the above mentioned checks can be done by Jira administrator only.
