User History details are not captured in the report extracted out of JIRA

When i am trying to extract a report out of JIRA, i don't see the history details reflecting in the report. This history appears at the bottom of every JIRA. However i am able to extract the remaining fields/data available on the screen (both View and Edit screens). Could you please advise, if there is any alternative to get this details into the report.

Note: I am extracting the report based on my requirement, like Project name, Issue Type, Status, Assignee
