User Directories from jira

Hi,

I installed a jira server (SEN-13959259)and i would like to integrated with Fisheye, but I don't intergrate the group of Fisheye on Jira...

I configure the link on Configure Application LinksSchermata 2019-06-08 alle 12.12.47.pngBut I don't see the group on Jira users

Hi Tommaso,

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you are wanting connecting Fisheye to Jira in such a way that you can then manage the Fisheye users directly from Jira itself.   Jira Server does have the ability to act as a User Server for other applications like Confluence, Fisheye, etc.

However from the screenshots you have posted it does not appear this has been configured yet.  I can see you have an application link, but this is not what shares users between the two applications.

It explains the steps you need to take in order to setup both Jira and Fisheye so that these two applications can have a shared userbase (where the users will have the same usernames and passwords for both applications).

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you have any follow up concerns about this.
