User Can't See Own Issues

A user has a different left sidebar when viewing a project, and when they select "Only my issues" in the Kanban board, nothing comes up, despite them having issues assigned to them.

They have the same role as most users in the project, for whom everything looks normal.

Any idea what could be causing this?

It turned out be a user error- they were simply at the wrong URL.
