User Access/Creation Logs

How can I view the time, date and who granted user access to JIRA Cloud or Confluence Cloud?

In Jira Cloud go to "Jira settings", then click on "System", then "Audit Log" near the top of the list.

Confluence is similar. Go to "Settings", then scroll down and click on "Audit Log".
