Used "Backup Manager" and the project desappeared

We used 'Backup Manager' from JIRA and the project disappeared.

Trash - I couldn’t find a record.

Audit Log - I couldn’t find an entry for Project deleted or any related subjects.

Note: The downloaded file doesn’t exist.

Did you created Backup for Cloud or Data Center ?

Because historically, for Backup for Server, Team-Managed projects are not included. They not exist there.

Anything else beyond that, you should adress it directly with support.atlassian.com because without see backend, all we can is mostly speculating.

Cloud, because The option to Backup for server has been discontinued.
Sure, ticket with Jira was opened ...

You should get a download link once the backup process completes.

Are you trying to restore a project you lost? Because the backup will perform a backup of your current Jira data. It will not give you a backup from the past.

Are you trying to restore a project you lost? no, we just do a backup and the data and project desapeared... As I told before, download link (bottom) didn´t show.

I read you created a support ticket with Atlassian. In your case this will be the best way to get help.
