Team, is it possible to use Target End and Start for filtering and sorting?

In a simple filter, your custom fields will be available on the drop-down list to the right. In an advanced view, start typing the name as part of a clause, and the autocomplete should help you.

I'm familiar with this function. But somehow it doesn't sort based on target start. I have added a picture to clarify. I would expect October to be last.
