Use Jira to send out operation e-mails

Hi,
I would love to use Jira's notifications setup or a plugin to execute a message to a defined set of contacts in my Zoho CRM system. Does anyone know how this can be done?

If those users are in JIRA, you can add them to a group or specific role and use it in the notification schemes.
