admin.atlassian.com > Security > User Security > Identity Providers shows a different user count than Site Settings > User Management > Groups. In Identity Providers, the user count is 80, but in Groups for the same group it shows 74, a difference of 6 users. These 6 users do not appear when searching within the assigned group and cannot access the service.
The Atlassian Audit Log indicates that users were successfully assigned to the group. Groups are synced via Okta, and both Okta and Atlassian logs show the groups are pushed and provisioned correctly, confirming user assignment to the group. However, when actually searching in the group, the users are not found.
Users are not properly assigned, causing a service outage that is currently preventing work. We request urgent assistance.
