I am currently locked out of my Atlassian Administrator account because I am stuck on the 2-step verification (2FA) screen. Unfortunately, I cannot bypass this step because I lost access to the authenticator app and don't have the recovery codes. The guy, who was using admin ID, left company without nay notes on this.
Since this is an administrator account, it is currently impacting our team's workflow. I need assistance in resetting my 2FA or verifying my identity through alternative methods to regain access. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this or log a formal ticket for recovery?

For next time, some best practice. It is a good idea to have a dedicated technical admin account ready as a backup for situations like this.
