Upload csv and mapping fields into Jira Xray v8.5.5

I have mapped my fields but I still cant progress.  The Next button is greyed out.  

Can someone guide me as to what I am doing wrong?  I don't want to load 60 tests manually.  I have searched all over and the answers all relate to older versions. 

This version states: 

"Please note: A Jira Summary, Xray Test Case Identifier and Custom Fields [Action] are required to enable import."

If you have mapped the Summary, the Test Case Identifier, and the Action, then it should allow you to continue.
