Upgrading from JIRA 7.11 to 8.11 Issue

I'm attempting to update our offline JIRA server from 7.11 to 8.11 on a CENTOS7 Server. After a make the .bin file executable and then run ./[file name].bin with elevated privileges, i do not get an output.

I was able to resolve this issue. I needed to update my Jira Core Software

I'm pretty sure it will have given you something, at least an error message to tell you why it's not doing anything.

I received nothing, no error message. It just hangs there. I'm going to try version 8.6 and see if I get the same behavior
