Upgrading from 6.3 to 7 breaking reports

Hello,

We are upgrading from JIRA 6.3 to JIRA 7 but after the upgrade, the reports are breaking - stories that are closed are not counting towards completion in our reports. There seems to be a lag between what the reports is seeing in terms of story status and the actual status of the story. Both the before and after databases are on the same server box.

Any ideas?
