Upgrading JIRA 5.2.11 OS to Windows Server 2012

Current JIRA setup specification:

 JIRA version-  5.2.11

 PostgresSQL Version - 9.0.3

Opertaing system - Microsoft Windows server 2003 R2 (64bit) SP2.

As per your Atlassian docs  JIRA 5.2.11 supports Windows 2012 but whether it will support postgresSQL 9.0.3 (  PostgreSQL Official site is showing 9.0 as unsupported version).

Kindly suggest.

JIRA 5.2.11 supports Postgres 8.3 and 8.4 per the Supported Platforms for 5.2 with the PostgreSQL Driver 8.4.x.

Indeed - make sure you use versions of everything that are compatible with each other.  (I'd also recommend upgrading to JIRA 7, as that's supported, unlike 5, but that is a different conversation)
