Upgraded from Jira 7 to 8 but cannot get the license to be accepted

Hey,

 

After an inplace upgrade of Jira 7 to 8, our license key is not accepted

(Jira Software (Server) 10 Users: Starter License)

 

We had no issues and the renewal seems to be ok. Can someone help us on setting this correct once more?

I have activated the evaluation in the meantime but we would like to access our on prem Jira asap of course

seems to be self resolving after the upgrade, this can be removed thanks
