Upgrade Jira Software from 6.4.x to 7.11.2. Issues indexing lost

Hello, just had a problem with all my Jira Issues. I migrate Jira Software from version 6.4. to latest (7.11.2) External. Using this method- 6.4. -> 7.0. -> 7.11.2. All the data successfully moved, but I have lost the Issue indexing. It is like I have about x issues attached to me, but now there is nothing to show. If I search for specific Issue, I can find it and all the information is stored. Also if I open some specific project, there is no Issues attached to this project. However I can access all the Issues by the url. Does somebody know what is going on?

Hey Juris,

Have you tried locking and re-indexing JIRA from JIRA Administration -> System -> Indexing?

As you mentioned, JIRA index might be corrupted and the first thing we should do is to re-index it.
