Upgrade (9.12.7 » 9.12.20)

Hello,

I downloaded the file "atlassian-jira-software-9.12.20-x64.bin" and updated it on the "Ubuntu" machine. In the end, he did not update the version of "Jira Service Management".

Is this normal or is there a problem with the upgrade?

Hi @Isabel Fonseca 

Those two are different products. You just updated Jira software, not Service management.

You will find the Service management package here:

But when in the past I updated to 9.12.7 (atlassian-jira-software-9.12.7-x64.bin), it updated everything. I thought this version would also update, but this version doesn't. Am I correct?
