Upgared from version 8.7.1 to 8.16.2 Data Center

Hi,

I'd like to upgared from version 8.7.1 to 8.16.2 Data Center.

I wonder if this version has good performance & stable.

Does someone know about Pros or Cons? or should I take a diferent version?

You can assume Atlassian will not release software that they have not tested for performance and stability, only rogues/bad vendors release untested versions of things.

That said, I tend to recommend the long-term-support releases, as it means less worry about upgrading for longer (they get bug fixes and security patches for a longer lifetime than the other releases).  That would be 8.13.latest for you.  See https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/long-term-support-releases-948227420.html
