Updating linked issue time logged

Hi There

I would like to create an automation that when an issue has logged time against it (created or updated) then it pulls through to the linked issue as well. I have a link with one issue being a placeholder for a high-level board, and linked to a low-level task in another board, where the devs log time.

I tried creating the automation with the following rules, updated a task in one board to see if it updates the logged time on another and get the following error:
