Updating from 8.14.0 to 8.19.1

Hello Team,

we are facing some problems updating the Jira server from 8.14.0 to the latest version 8.19.1. I have tried to install the update via the web interface and a error pops up, an unexpected error occured and I can't install anything.

The reason why we want to update is because the web interface is buggy and sometimes some elements are not shown correctly. How do we update from 8.14.0 to 8.19.1 without doing it from the SSH ? Is there any other possibility from the web ?

can you share your logs or when the error exactly appeared before uploading or while upgrading process

Could you please tell me first how to update Jira from the web? Maybe I am doing something wrong and I don't want to eat your time for nothing. Which file do I need to select in order to perform the update ?
