Updating apps fails with Could not install the file <marketplaceuri> Check that the file is valid.

E.g:

What I've done is:

reset jira plugin cache. as well as emptied the work directory contents

Manually installed upm

Manually tried to install/update app.

Logs are not really descriptive, even in debug

This happened after Migration from 8.9.1 to 8.12.0
Any Idea what might cause this?

Same here, with v8.10.0

same here with v8.5.0 - i guess it is a problem with the marketplace right now?

Seems to have been fixed. I guess it was an issue in the marketplace as you've mentioned.
