Updating a comment in 3 days time interval
Hello,
Is it possible to update a comment in the jira ticket with the 3 days interval.
Which means ( If user not updating a ticket notification should be triggered with the 3 days and 6 days and 9 days) then the ticket should be closed to closed.
Could you please help us to create automation?
