Updated list of JIRA cloud IPs

Hi team,

Could you please provide me updated list of JIRA cloud IPs so that I can add them to ACL of bamboo server which is hosted in a cloud instance?

I have whitelisted all IPs from :

https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com/   and

https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/

But JIRA cloud is still unable to connect to bamboo server.

The lists you have found and linked to are the current ip ranges you need to open up.

If your Cloud server still cannot see your Bamboo server, then there is something blocking that access on your side.

Thanks for your response.

Here's what I did :

a. wipe out existing ACL

b. added all the IPs both IPv4 and IPv6 from https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com/  [but it  wasn't enough! ]

c. added all IPs from https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/
