I need to integrate into MS Teams in order to create a Board of tasks that external customers can use but the JIRA product backlog is where we manage the source.
Alongside this there is integration into freshdesk for incident logging and response that needs to go via an incident board onto the MS Teams board.
How would i architect this integration and what tools to use?
