Update jira plugin data into confluence page

Hi Team,

 We have executed Rest API in our Jira Pre-production Env for pulling the complete data/information of installed plugins.

Pls find the attached Rest API url for your ref.

we were able to download the information/data in Json format, but our requirement is to download the data in .XML format with different rows and columns segregated and same needs to be updated in our confluence space.

So, can anyone help us for getting the data updated directly in confluence space with tabular format instead of Json format and it need to be updated every week automatically.

The REST API for apps only serves up the JSON you are seeing, if you want xml, you'll need to code to convert the JSON to xml.
