Update field value based on another value

Hello,

Lets say i have two fields, a read only text that will display a number received via a webhook and a second field that must display a certain name based on what the first field will display. 
I don`t know what type second field should be, we have ~30 values so manually input is possible so it can be a a single select field that will pick a value from the drop down but ideally it should be also a read only text field if we can import the values we have from a file. I don`t know what options we have, especially on cloud version. Also, doing this without an add-in would be a plus but not necessarily  a must.
Any suggestions, tips, links are welcome.
