Unpriortized priority icon not displaying

For some reason the ? mark icon for Unpriotized priority is not displaying. I have cleared cache and tried logging in and out but it won't load. If inspect the element using chromes console I can open the SVG no problem.

Any ideas?

We ended up just selecting the Grey Down arrow from the available priority icon options.

There appears to be an open defect for using SVG format for the priority icons.  The suggested work-around is to use PNG format.  Please look here to review the defect and vote for it if you feel this impacts your teams.
